My colleague quoted a lower price to my old customer's competitor

Normally the company boss will turn a blind eye to this customer confilct issue as the competition will stimulate the orders from both the old and new customer.

We can suggest the old customer to sign an exclusive agent contract to provide the better support to whom.


or the new customer launched the same product in the country, the old customer will require better prices.


It's not reasonable for us to take the initiative to reduce the prices.
