①+②,we must realize the meaning of "we need to receive the photo " and "I am working as buyer in xxxx", we must clarify that whether if customer really need to receive the photo first? or it's another way to disagree the samples fees or shipping cost? what's the real purpose of mention that " I am working as buyer in xxx"? only actual samples would help customer feel the quality level of our products, so we may know the real words of customer is: I am working as a buyer in xxx company, inconvenience to pay the shipping fees if the samples do not work finally, do you have any other sample policy for the customer like us? you must realize that it's you to contat me in linkedin and cherish this price service for me.
③if we follow the samples issue by pictures or video, Customer would know that we do not understand his words at all.
④“won't waste your time", this kind of expression is cold, for some sensitive customer, they might read again and again about "waste your time", "I am wasting your time?"
⑤ We analyzed why customer said as a buyer in xxx, it's not a position introduction of himself, but need a better sample policy, but if you introduce your company business corresponding to customer's position, fully misunderstood customer's meaning. You have to reach to customer's real mind first.
In previous conversation, you are talking about the samples, so you have to realize the words focus on the samples, also you have to think about whether if the picture or video for sample is necessary.
