It's the American way.

Email could record the life events when people get accustomed to communicating via email, as they can find the emails 20 years ago,

For business negotiation, email is official, when there is a difference of opinion between seller and buyer, you can easily find the history from emails.

Life is life and busines is busines. we can feel the email way likes divide line to separate life and busines.

To develop the USA market, better to use email than online chat tools.
