我6月底去了加拿大，见了合作很多单的客户，吃住在他家，是老夫妻，有儿子和2个女儿，共8个孙子孙女，儿子也从中国进口汽配，这个客户在加拿大承包了一个工程项目，一直喊我投资，这样的话移民加拿大就很容易。因为我完全没有移民的想法并且没有那么多额外的资金去投资，所以拒绝了。客户说如果我身边有人有这个想法可以联系他。

我跟您说的意思就是想问下您身边有没有类似需求的人，可以对接下。这个客户我是能确保他真的是当地很有声望且为人正直品行端正有格局有情怀的人，否则我完全可以不理会。所以如果您身边有人需要，我可以把客户联系方式推过去聊聊。他来中国20几次了。

  The first phase is a food court and a 18 unit hotel.  It is designed and we have started the site preparation.
The second phase includes 60 hotel units and we have submitted to get our Development Permit as a second phase.
